All estimates are provided in writing after an on-site assessment of the project area. Verbal estimates are not binding. A written estimate reflects the scope of work, materials, and pricing as understood at the time of assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
If conditions discovered during the course of work differ materially from what was assessed - such as hidden moisture, previously undetected coatings, or structural damage - we will stop work and notify you before proceeding. Any change in scope will be documented in writing and requires your approval before additional work begins.
Prices do not include permits, unless explicitly stated in the estimate. You are responsible for any permits required for your project, and we will advise you if we believe a permit is necessary.
Project scheduling is confirmed in writing or by phone after you have approved an estimate. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations or repeated rescheduling may result in a scheduling fee.
You are responsible for clearing the work area of all furniture, vehicles, storage, and personal items before the crew arrives, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or additional labor charges.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly and work with you to find the next available date.
Payment terms are established in your written estimate. For most projects, a deposit is required to secure your scheduled date, with the balance due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by cash, check, or electronic transfer. Specific accepted payment methods will be listed in your estimate.
Invoices unpaid past the due date stated in the estimate may be subject to a late fee. If collection efforts are required, you agree to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney fees incurred by us in recovering amounts owed.
We do not offer financing. If payment arrangements are needed, they must be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect in installation is identified within the warranty period stated in your written estimate, we will return to assess and, if the defect is covered, repair or recoat at no charge to you.
Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, heavy impact, dragging sharp objects, chemical exposure beyond what the coating was specified to handle, moisture problems that were not disclosed or discoverable at the time of installation, or normal wear and tear.
Manufacturer product warranties, if applicable, are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the manufacturer's terms. We will provide product documentation upon request.
