El Cajon Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing was founded in 2020 by a concrete flooring crew that had spent years working for larger contractors across San Diego County and kept running into the same problem: customers were getting sold floors without anyone properly explaining what was going into their home or business. We started our own company to change that.

We are based in El Cajon, a city in the East County that sits inland from the coast and deals with conditions coastal contractors often overlook. Summers here regularly top 100 degrees, and the housing stock is full of homes built in the 1950s through 1970s with concrete that has never been updated.
